This July, SummerFest is back! A family and foodie friendly music festival which celebrates all things local and delicious. With music arranged by Paul Dunton and Mint DJs, enjoy ticketed sessions across two days with VIP options. You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to food and drink, choose from our own food offerings or our favourite specially selected local vendors. Browse stalls selling food produce and artisan items and enjoy entertainment and games for children from the fabulous Once Upon a Wish Events.

Paul Dunton will be kicking off the afternoon with some fabulous acts. Paul is the founder of Local and Live, a large music festival well known in the area. He is extremely passionate about showcasing local music and talent and is sure to get SummerFest 25 off to a smashing start!

Then taking us into the evening we will be joined by some outstanding Mint DJs. Mint’s founder and renowned international club and commercial DJ, Tim Cullen, and his team are guaranteed to create the perfect Summer vibe with their vibrant mix of Ibiza chilled beats and club classics from across the decades, including live Sax 🎷

Tickets include access to your chosen session on either Saturday or Sunday and:

• Access to our luxurious gardens with delicious food options available to purchase, created by our talented chefs here at The Spa Hotel
• A selection of drink stalls such as Bone Idyll, Primetime lager and more
• Further food options including freshly made Pizzas from Bone Idyll and Nigerian food from Odunje.

There will also be the chance for on-the-spot Spa treatments by our very own SpaSpa therapists.

Ticket options:

• EARLY BIRD: £10.00 per session including entry only (Book early and be one of the first 500 to take advantage of our early bird tickets.)
• SECOND RELEASE: £15.00 per session including entry only
• STANDARD: £20.00 per session including entry only
• VIP: £60.00 includes access to VIP tent, one complimentary drink and two dishes from The Spa Hotel per person, a private bar
• Children Under 12’s: Free (please ensure you add relevant under 12’s tickets to your order, must be purchased alongside an adult ticket)

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tickets – please bring a copy of your e ticket with QR code printed or displayed on your phone so we can make sure the entrance into the festival is as smooth as possible. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain. Please check all your tickets on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Our team reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate.  Visitors will not be allowed admission to this event without a valid ticket. If you are no longer able to make it we are happy for you to pass on your ticket, please just contact events@spahotel.co.uk.

Photography – We reserve the right to use photos and videos taken at this event. Event participants who do not wish to be included in such materials are responsible for advising us of this and not participating in any photography or filming at the event. Visitors may be filmed or recorded for broadcast or security purposes during the event. Photography or videography equipment cannot be bought into the festival without express prior permission.

Groups – the guest making the booking, when booking on behalf of other people is responsible for circulating the Terms and conditions to their party.

Festival timings –The Organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.

Security –Independent security will be patrolling this event and for the safety of visitors to this event the Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission, and may, on occasions conduct security searches. The Organisers cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by visitors to the event as a result of contracts entered into by visitors with any exhibitor or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor. The Organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to this event. The sale of any articles in the gangways or anywhere on the Exhibition premises is strictly forbidden except with the written permission of the Organisers, and the Organisers reserves the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate any such articles for infringement of the condition.

Parking – only HOTEL RESIDENTS will have access to our car park. We advise you to not park on the roadside and use ParkBee RCP – Upper Pantiles on Major York’s Road.

Food & Drinks – we will have a wide selection of food and drinks available throughout the event. External food and drink items are not permitted to be brought into the hotel and grounds; all items must be purchased on site.

Children– Children aged under 12 go free but will need an entrance ticket. Under 18s will not be permitted access to the festival without an adult accompanying them. Guests who look under the age of 25 will be asked to show ID upon entering the festival.

Dogs – We operate a no dogs policy at this event due to the live music.

Smoking – the tented areas are designated “No Smoking Area”.  A designated smoking area will be available on the day.

Seating – Garden furniture will be placed in the garden, but these will be limited, please feel free to bring portable chairs for your comfort. VIP will have a reserved area with seating.

Weather – the festival will be outdoor, limited cover will be available under stretch tents please bring suitable clothing. No refund will be given due to bad weather. This event will go ahead whatever the weather so please come prepared.

Access – the perimeter of the festival and access and egress routes will be clearly identified to you, please use these areas only.

Accessibility – disabled parking will be available but very limited and must be reserved in advance. Please contact events@spahotel.co.uk and we will advise you. Accessible toilets are available in the hotel.

Payment – products on site can be purchased with cash or card. Bars and Food stalls are card-only.
